The person we are looking for will be reporting hierarchically to Human Resources Department - Intesa Sanpaolo London Branch and functionally to Human Resources Department - ISPB Suisse Morval - Private Banking Division.
He/she will be required to carry out all increased responsibilities and operational activities in light of the forthcoming organizational changes and regulatory framework for the Branches of the two legal entities of the Private Banking Division in London - ISPB Suisse Morval and Fideuram Asset Management Ireland. The person we are looking for shall carry on all the activities in accordance to the directives and the guidelines given by the Head of the Hr ISP London Hub, to whom he/she will give the support needed in all human resources administration activities such as labour contracts, payroll and presence cards.
HR experience gained in Banking or Financial sector is required
Educated to Degree level, Human Resources/People Management, Law or similar CIPD qualified or studying towards this qualification Solid knowledge of UK employment legislation gained in a financial institution Solid knowledge of HR processes within a heavily regulated framework (SMR & CP) Microsoft Office at intermediate/proficiency level English mother tongue level and Italian language skills (intermediate level) required Applications only from holders of a valid indefinite permit to work in the UK
