Our client, an innovative mid-market private equity fund, is currently looking to hire an HR Manager to join their London team. The fund, which holds a diverse portfolio across the European market, is currently going through a growth phase with a number of new acquisitions and expansion plans lined up for the coming year - making it a very exciting time to join!
As the HR Manager, you will be tasked with providing generalist HR support across the fund's European offices. You will take the lead on a number of internal strategic, operational and talent-based projects, partnering and working very closely with senior stakeholders within the business. Due to the nature of the role and set up of the fund, you will also gain exposure to the portfolio, supporting a number of people-based initiatives. As it is a newly created role within the fund, there will also be plenty of autonomy for you to mould and develop the position.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR professional with a broad generalist background and experience working within a financial services environment to join a truly exciting organisation and really make an impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Full HR generalist support across the business
  • Performance management and evaluation
  • Talent management across the fund and supporting within the portfolio
  • Project management; diversity & inclusion, system implantation and review processes
  • Recruitment and succession planning for the fund
  • Develop strong relationships with the wider business
  • Promote best practice in regards to legislation, regulatory review and policy
  • Lead in driving all HR-related events through the business
  • Participate in bench-marking and compensation reviews
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Broad HR generalist experience working within a financial services environment
  • Comfortable working within an international environment and across multiple European jurisdictions
  • Proven experience in building successful working relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Experience of working in a regulated environment and knowledge of regulatory policies and procedures
  • A team player with a flexible attitude
