Your new role
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing & integrating the Bank's new Payroll system (select Pay). You will have full remit of HR Opps including oversight of payroll, pensions and benefits administration. Due to the nature of the organisation you will have experience working with compliance, risk and legal to ensure that the transformation is harmonised but also meets best practice requirements.
Following this integration and working in conjunction with the Head of HR, you will be required then do a full review of the current HR Operations function including Payroll review. You will identify gaps / areas which require improvement, make suggestions, bring ideas and viable solutions on how to enhance and optimise processes, policies & procedures, while aligning this to other centralised functions across the organisation.
With the view of turning this into a current, successful, service delivery focused function for the Bank to support its people - this is really a project where you can make a positive impact!
What you'll need to succeed
Have a strong HR Operations & Projects background, where you can demonstrate experienced in the implementation of a Payroll system or upgrade and have made improvement & transformed an organisations HR operations function.
Hold a HR qualification, such as CIPD with good working knowledge of UK employment Law.
You will have a solid, recent understanding of the Financial Services regulatory requirements and legislation.
You will be a strong relationship manager, the ability to work with senior stakeholders of all levels and have gravitas to be able to work with individuals of character who resist change.
