The Role Responsibilities

The job holder will be responsible for HR Operational activities in the UK and Europe, which includes Benefits administration, Payroll, Service Delivery, Vendor management, Risk/Compliance and ad hoc project support.
  • Respond to queries that have been escalated from AskHR and Employees
  • Perform monthly CST's for SD activities across UK/Europe
  • Maintain and regularly review the Knowledge management system in ServiceNow and the company intranet site
  • Build good working relations with SD&O, PRB, Supply Chain and the wider HR teams
  • Escalation point for policy advice and processes such as, maternity, benefits, payroll and any other queries related to SD
  • Processing of invoices related to HR Services and tracking of outstanding payments to vendors
  • Maintain numerous trackers such as vendor listing, employee benefits and Costings tracker
  • Coordinating Service Review meetings with Vendors and arranging team meetings
  • Review of current and future processes
  • Keep up to date with employment legislation for the UK and able to implement changes based on this
  • Manage third party vendors using our vendor management framework
  • Effectively monitor Vendor performance through agreed SLAs, and highlight areas of concern in relevant service review forums and work towards immediate closure of identified gaps with Short term and long-term solutions
  • Support GIA(Group Internal Audit) & External audit teams and facilitate audit for HR Service delivery areas
  • Support with Transformation projects in UK/Europe
  • Manage the annual flexible benefits renewals process

  • Proactively identify Risks in processes and raise in the HRFORTM meetings
  • Ensure that operational processes have the appropriate controls in place to satisfy external regulation and internal policy requirements
