Tradition is the interdealer broking arm of Compagnie Financière Tradition and one of the world's largest interdealer brokers in over-the-counter financial and commodity related products. CFT is represented in over 28 countries, employing over 2,500 people.

Tradition is currently seeking to appoint an HR Systems Analyst to be based within the London office.

Main responsibilities within the HR Systems Analyst position include:

  • Database development on Open HR including HR system upgrades & changes
  • Identification of Open HR system improvements and configuration of new HR system features
  • Vendor management
  • End user HR systems training
  • Production of a variety of management reports, analytics and dashboard information
  • Production of general ad hoc HR reports
  • Generating and circulating business wide management information
  • Monitoring of data quality
  • Ensuring continuous effectiveness and functionality of Open HR
  • Managing and resolving Open HR issues
  • Update Open HR user documentation as required
  • Provide support with testing HR system changes

Key skills, experience and competencies required to be successful in this role:

  • Previous experience within a HR systems analyst/support position
  • SQL experience desirable
  • Open HR experience advantageous
  • Good knowledge of database development  procedures and best practice
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)
  • Good organisational skills
  • Efficient
  • Problem solving ability
  • Ability to perform in pressurized environment
