HR Systems Business Analyst - Performance & Reward - Banking

For this reputable financial services organisation we are looking for a HR Systems Business Analyst with Performance & Reward modules experience to join the HR Platforms team that is is responsible for maintaining, developing and implementing HR systems globally for all HR products. They work closely with the HR product teams who are responsible for defining strategy and processes in partnership with colleagues across the divisions. The HR Platforms team acts as an intermediary and translator between HR products and IT to ensure that systems reflect the strategy and legal requirements set by the HR products and that HR processes are in line with the capabilities of the HR systems.  

The HR Platforms Performance & Reward team is in the second year of a three year program to implement a new compensation planning system and is also involved in supporting a separate HR digital transformation program, which includes transformation of processes and replacement of the existing HCM platform. The team has also recently completed the launch of a new performance management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting end-to-end system implementation of business processes ensuring requirements are met as far as possible
  • Support identification, analysis and resolution of interface, and other, data integrity issues for existing and new systems
  • Preparation of system launches, including in depth testing, data preparation and cleansing, documentation and support of Subject Matter Experts
  • Work with enablement, offshore and external system teams to provide functional support
  • Support prioritization of issue resolution
  • Support management of user security

You will have:

  • 5+ years experience in Human Resources Management Information, Human Resources Information Systems or Reward experience
  • An analytical capability, an eye for detail and an ability to detect patterns
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Significant experience in stakeholder management
  • Experience in large, global matrixed organizations with off-shored and outsourced teams
  • Experience in working in a multi-disciplinary, geographically and culturally diverse project team
  • Experience in SQL and SSRS is advantageous
