Head of CRM (Salesforce) London Perm £85,000 - £95,000 This leading Asset Management firm are looking to recruit a Head of CRM to join their digital team in London.


The purpose of the position is to define and deliver CRM (Salesforce) and associated digital capabilities in order to support the acquisition, servicing and retentions plans of the retail and institutional businesses (UK and international) and establish the digital proposition as a recognised industry- leading center of excellence, demonstrating cutting edge innovation to enhance the brand and drive new business and market share.
The role holder will develop the CRM strategy and enablement of digital solutions to support the business development and international growth plans.
The role holder will plan, evaluate and deliver market-leading digital solutions. This will include:
1.Responsible for developing digital solutions and CRM strategy in line with the institutional and retail business plans acting as an expert on CRM and digital best practice and emerging technologies.

3.Influence and engage with Marketing, IT, Client Relationship, Sales and Client Service teams to define and agree digital solutions activities across institutional and retail channels.
4.Manage the on-going development of the Salesforce orgs for our UK, US and Asia offices as part of our platform for providing excellent service to clients and supporting sales objectives.
5.Spearhead the development of value adding tools and solutions that support engagement with our targeted internal and external audiences; deliver memorable layouts and designs, enabling quicker location of relevant information.
6.IT: Work closely with the IT, Salesforce development and data management teams to plan and execute the delivery schedule and deployment of both small enhancements and larger developments to meet business and client expectations.
7.Conduct analysis of digital opportunities and developments, research and benchmark against competitors to monitor the quality and effectiveness of the digital proposition in order to gain and improve market share.
8.Manage, motivate and develop the team in a manner that is consistent with the company's policies and procedures.
The candidate
*Strong experience of CRM (Salesforce) strategy creation, development and execution. Plus associated tools and solutions
*A good understanding of investment management businesses, client channels and their associated requirements (essential)
*Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce and its functionality, development platform and solutions
Specialist knowledge / skills:
*Salesforce development qualifications (e.g. ADM-201, STR-301)
*Digital marketing tools such as email, automation, analytics and monitoring tools
*Strong knowledge of application of digital technology to drive customer acquisition and communication activities
*Track record of managing and driving marketing budgets
*Able to identify opportunities, design approaches to acquiring and servicing customers and measurement of results
*Management of third party agencies and developers
