This is a new Change role supporting a new Operations role in the Global Markets Operations ExCo. The remit of this role covers all change related to Derivatives Operations and Fixed Income Operations. This role subsumes several former change teams: Derivatives Change, Fixed Income Change and Collateral Services Change. It will report into the Global Head of Strategy & Change Delivery and join the Derivatives & Fixed Income Operations management team directly supporting the head of this team. His/her role is to advise the Head of Fixed Income & Derivatives Operations on all matters relating to the translation of business strategy and business requirements (arising from technology requirements, regulatory requirements into effectively managed projects and programmes.
The role holder will need to work with the Head of FI & Derivatives Operations to maximise portfolio alignment to Global Markets Operations 2020 Strategy mindful that regulatory and individual business demands frequently 'pull' in another direction.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Proven Project / Programme management expertise essential
- Strong track record of delivery
- Strong experience in leading and managing a diverse and high performing change function on a global basis
- Strong and previous experience of Fixed Income, Derivatives &/or Collateral Services either from an Operations or Business perspective
- Proactive communicator with demonstrable track record in managing stakeholders up to Managing Director level
- Prior experience of leading and managing global teams highly desirable
