Head of Enterprise Architecture - Financial Services - London A Global Top Tier Investment bank are looking to hire a Head of Enterprise Architecture to drive forward the Architecture within a global organisation. Part of that work involves providing analysis and recommendations on IT architecture to senior management all the way up to Group Board level. In addition run the architecture governance processes, and operate the inventories of our IT assets used for operational and architectural analysis.

Part of that work involves providing analysis and recommendations on IT architecture to senior management all the way up to Group Board level. In addition run the architecture governance processes, and operate the inventories of our IT assets used for operational and architectural analysis.

  • Manage the central team that facilitates the development and maintenance of Enterprise Architecture
  • Drive a federated team of CTOs and architects who deliver the Enterprise Architecture content
  • deliver continuous improvements to the Enterprise Architecture framework and process
  • Ensure the Enterprise Architects supports the needs of all business areas across the organization
  • Develop insightful reporting on our Enterprise Architecture
  • Educate and inspire enterprise architects to create a world-class Enterprise Architecture function

Required:

  • Extensive experience of developing enterprise architectures at large organizations, gained either within the organization or through consulting engagements
  • Knowledge of relevant frameworks and methods and how they are utilized
  • Experience of managing projects involving federated teams across an organization
  • A university degree in computer science, computer information systems or an analytical field of study
  • Familiar with TOGAF and IT development methodologies
