Head of Finance - Asset Management

Description

• Produce management accounts, commentary and Group consolidated accounts where applicable for the group of five entities.
• Produce monthly run-rate, cash reporting and on-going cash monitoring.
• Produce Group and entity annual budgets and ongoing monitoring against these budgets.
• Produce and submit Corporation Tax Returns for relevant entities.
• FCA / Compliance Returns - producing financial information, monitoring regulatory capital requirements and stress testing for ICAAP.
• Reconcile management fees on a monthly basis and drawdown to the Investment Manager.
• Calculate Sub-Investment Manager's Fees on a monthly/quarterly basis and arrange onward payment.
• Corporate Activity - Investment appraisal/modelling of potential projects.
• Presenting management information at Board meetings.
• Due diligence work.
• Cash flow forecasting and impact on budget of growth proposals

Profile

• ACA qualified with between 3-5 years PQE
• Financial Services/Investment Management industry experience preferred
• Forward thinking and adding value by understanding the broader organisation
• Good decision-making/problem-solving skills
