A fantastic opportunity has arisen in a forward thinking private investment platform that has two parts for a Head of Finance to manage - a robust private investment vehicle that invests in fin tech & asset management and running the family office for this well known individual.

This is a fantastic opportunity  to support the current and planned investment activities of the business. As a result our client  is seeking an outstanding Head of Finance to work closely with the founder and oversee the current finance and family office teams.

The person will bee responsible for the complete financial management of  the holding company, the operating businesses and the single-family office (“Family Office”). At its core, this role is about contributing rigorous financial analysis, thought and protection to the Family Office and the interests of the Founder.

The successful candidate will be an extremely numerate, intellectually strong, flexible, organized and motivated individual with a can-do attitude. This role will suit someone who has the gravitas to  operate at senior management level, in a lean, entrepreneurial environment which will be both strategic and hands on.

We are looking for candidates who have demonstrable experience of :

• Business and Personal accounting 
• Family office and/or Finance experience preferred.
• Broad understanding of wider tax issues across both personal and corporate worlds, ideally including experience of non-domicile and remittance areas of tax.
• A strong sense of values – including integrity, discretion, diplomacy, sensitivity and tolerance.
