Our client is a specialist financial services business, employing entrepreneurial professionals. We are looking for a hands-on Head of Marketing to partner with senior stakeholders and the sales team to devise a marketing strategy utilising all digital channels, e.g social media, website, email, video.
Responsbilities -
- Analyse the current brand and marketing strategy, and devise a revamp that is alligned with the companies objectives
- Manage a small team and enhance the digital experience of the clients and stakeholders
- Create marketing collateral in partnership with the team. This is a hands-on role and will require the individual to lead by example, not just provide oversight
- Responsible for brand management, PR and communications, client engagment, CRM, design, online and digital marketing
- Stakeholder management, including CEO
- Ensure all digital content is complied according to the regulatory and legislative regime and ensure risks are identified, reported and managed accordingly
- Execute innovative digital ideas
- Coach and mentor junior members of the team
- Deliver digital content on time and in the most relevant format
- Suggest softwares that will enhance the marketing process, e.g any automation software, CRM systems
Requirements -
- 8 years minimum with a Senior Marketing position
- Strong background within Digital Marketing is essential
- Degree educated
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional written communication skills
- A good eye for brand and creative mindset
- Stakeholder management experience is essential
- Working experience of HTML and CSS is strongly preferred
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics
- Demonstratable experience in utilising the digital channels in order to enhance marketing and meet company objectives
