We are currently recruiting on behalf of an established Commercial Bank/Wealth Manager who are looking to hire a head of operational risk. This is a great opportunity for someone with prior experience as a deputy or team member looking to make a step up, or could also present a great opportunity for someone with prior experience at this level looking to make a switch.
In this role you will be directly responsible for Operational Risk within the London office. You will be required to;
- Assist the business in driving a strong Risk culture in which the Operational Risk and Assurance framework is embedded in day to day operations.
- Develop and take ownership of the Operational Risk Framework
- Build relationships with the business and challenge them where necessary
- Work with a range of stakeholders throughout the organisation and leverage upon these relationships in order to deliver a highly effective operational risk framework
In order to be successful in your application you must be able to demonstrate experience in performing all of the above duties in addition to a strong understanding of both Wealth Management and Commercial Lending business lines.
