One of the best known brands in deliverable FX has a requirement for a true leadership position, reporting into the Managing Director, and is a key hire during their period of high growth. The role is to lead efforts to become the premier provider of Foreign Exchangemin the UK and Europe in Business Development and Partnerships. The successful candidate will maximise lead generation through existing affiliates and expand the partnerships network.

Key Accountabilites

Provide the Highest Level of Service 

  • Deliver expert service via phone and digital media
  • Ensure customer satisfaction resulting in utilisation rates

Maximise Current Partnerships

  • Ensure inherency in affiliate sales funnels at multiple points to maximise the volume of quality leads into the funnel
  • Ensure a consistent approach within the group to affiliate management with key account plans for all relevant partners
  • Ensure a collaborative approach with key KPIs and targets with affiliates

Onboard New Partnerships

  • Maintain a strategic list of new partners to ensure growth and acquisition in line with targets
  • Ensure a consistent approach within the group to onboarding with activation plans for all key accounts
  • Ensure a collaborative approach with key KPIs and targets agreed with our affiliates

Product Offering

  • With your team you will identify opportunities in new geographies and new product sets and set out appropriate business and development plans where appropriate
  • You will use your industry and product knowledge to help drive the product offering

Maximise Trading Income

  • Ensure team revenue targets and KPIs are achieved
  • Upsell products and services where appropriate
  • Seek opportunities for additional income through personal and business client referrals, partner referrals and third party income
  • Be an ambassador for the brand

People Management

  • Day to day management of the team
  • Lead by example to ensure good work practices and high standards are adhered to by the team
  • Work closely with individual team members to ensure consistently high team performance and adherence to accepted processes
  • Support with training for existing and new team members
  • Ensure effective communication within the team e.g. feedback sessions and team briefings
  • Produce necessary reports to Team and Managing Director and manage the teams core metrics and KPI’s as defined by management

Ensure the Highest Level of Professionalism and Compliance 

  • Ensure accurate data input into the CRM system
  • Manage client complaints in accordance with company guidelines
  • Maintain records of all client contact including telephone calls, inbound or outbound written contact
  • Ensure Company procedures and high standards are followed at all times. With particular focus upon KYC & AML procedures and accurate maintenance of all CRM records, particularly client follow up calls
  • Be aware of Anti-Money Laundering procedures and report any suspicious transactions

The Candidate

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Proven experience in foreign exchange markets
  • Proven experience in revenue generation through affiliate networks
  • Knowledge of markets, products and services
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory obligations
  • Working within a multichannel pressurised environment
