The successful candidate will have responsibility for growing the UK private equity business, maintaining and developing relationships with clients, as well as finding new business opportunities from both new clients and intermediaries. The appointee will also provide fund administration services and manage a portfolio of private equity funds and structures, alongside the management of a client servicing team of fund accountants.
Key responsibilities include:
The appointee will have strong business development experience, both in originating work and cross-selling to existing clients. Strong technical skills in private equity fund accounting for funds and SPVs is required, as well as experience managing teams and mentoring individuals. The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with an ACA/ACCA (or equivalent), with at least 5 years of accounting experience within either practice or a PE fund. Excellent academics and strong communication skills are required.
