Ensure the quality standards are met across the KYC business. Ensure all KYC analysts are meeting the minimum standard; oversee and maintain the client life cycle management control framework to ensure effective control.

Ensure and maintain the KYC quality standards are based on current procedures and apply a risk focused mindset.

Oversee and perform qualitative and risk proportionate testing as part of BAU.

Manage a team of QA analysts responsible for assurance testing.

Provide effective/ constructive feedback to the KYC reviewers on common themes

Communicate/ Present and manage upwards effectively


-Strong KYC experience

-Experience in team management

-Strong time management and deadline driven experience

-Ability to review and understand business and legal documents required for the KYC process

-QA, Compliance or Audit experience in KYC will be considered
