Leading boutique Investment Bank is looking for an Associate to join their Helathcare desk based in London. Previous Healthcare IB experience is desirable but not a prerequisite.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Involved in financial modelling, forecasting and analysis of transactions.
- Preparation of marketing materials and other documentation for presentations
- Client facing - meetings and events
- Interacting with investors/acquirers on client projects
The Profile:
- Associate Seniority (3-6 years)
- Deal execution experience and ideally origination exposure/experience
- Financial analysis, modelling & valuation skills
- Strong presentation & communication skills
- Strong education background
- Must have experience in creating models from scratch
