Responsibilities in this role include:
Manage inbound investor queries, collaborating with various business units to provide responses.
Create and update marketing materials such as RFPs, DDQs and RFIs.
Collaborate on client onboarding and client retention (deadlines, offering materials, distributions arrangements, share class and fund registrations).
Provide support to sales teams with both business development and operational aspects of the business.
Proactively use CRM database to ensure accurate entry of client details.
Update and manage consultant/industry databases and fund listings.
Work closely with business units across the firm, including legal, compliance, sales, marketing and reporting.
