To provide the primary support role to Management in overseeing key service providers in the delivery of their delegated function Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Senior Operations Executive are to:-
Under the direction of the department, leaders will act as primary point of contact for client service related BAU queries to ensure single point of contact between IM EMEA and service providers.
Report & Accounts: Co-ordinate weekly audit review meetings and monitor progress against timelines for all ranges. Review key information for accuracy and seek to ensure consistent style/content and version control together with the storing of these reports/documents in line with the Data Classification Policy.
Service Review I KPI: participate in weekly and monthly review meetings with all service providers to oversee adherence to service level agreements and monitor key performance indicators I MI. Identification of key themes or systemic risks to be escalated and resolution plans to be agreed. To ensure that the SLDs and various other documents that describe the functions provided to the Funds by such service providers remain up to date and relevant.
Project Support: participate in and co-ordinate as required working groups to document and prove operational readiness on new product launches and product changes. Ensure that all work items have appropriate governance structures in place as determined by nature and complexity of the task
Board governance: support team in co-ordinating and delivering timely and accurate Board reporting, facilitate general running of all meetings and attend to deliver operational updates as required.
Responsible for the regular functions of the department and efficient oversight of the diary; the recording and archiving of all final versions of documents and to ensure the regular tasks are being completed by the Junior members of the team.
Ensure that IM EMEA Operations comply with prevailing client money regulations and to have oversight of the outsourced administrators processes in this regard. Must therefore have a working knowledge of BNY MFM CASS (Client money and Client mandate) model to enable challenge. Completion of adequate training modules to remain sufficiently aware of CASS regulatory expectations.
To provide support in the oversight of Investor Monies performed by the outsourced administrators for BNYMGM in support of the Head of Investor Monies.
Confirm/check invoices received are appropriate, by providing POC support, have an understanding of the expense processes for the Funds to ensure challenge.
In addition, the role will require the individual to liaise with the following:-
Product Development regarding the preparation, or oversight of preparation, of document requirements for any project as appropriate;
Internal/external legal advisers;
•Investment Advisers regarding any product development;
•Trustees and Custodians
