A global Banking organisation are currently seeking a Performance/ Process Improvement Manager to join them on a permanent basis in London. The role requires excellent experience working with an IT function on reporting, documentation and overall process improvement. The role will work in a global and quite complex function and will be responsible for liaising with numerous senior stakeholders.

£60,000 - £90,000 + Bonus & Benefits Package

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience creating an IT performance management framework
  • Experience working in a global and complex organisation
  • Excellent experience monitoring performance metrics across an IT function
  • Very strong process analysis and process improvement skills
  • Prior team management or team lead experience
  • An integral understanding of an IT function and knowledge of complications around legacy systems.
  • Experience in providing guidance to Project Management Teams
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English
  • Experience working with Microsoft Project is desirable but not essential
    • Strong relationship building skills
