Job Responsibilities:
  • Daily management and monitoring of the Trading Platforms to ensure smooth operation
  • Performing routine monitoring tasks to ascertain system performance and optimizing system parameters when needed
  • Prepares, analyzes and submits various reports for management
  • Administer and maintain systems support for software, hardware and servers, test, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve all issues
  • Reading products specifications and working with several outsourcing contractors / vendors
  • Configure, monitor and maintain updated virus protection software, and backup data for emergency recovery
  • Monitor transaction reporting and assist with regulatory compliance matters (MiFID, EMIR)

  • Experience working within a professional business environment
  • Knowledge in systems and support
  • Knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office applications (i.e. MS Excel)

  • Experience working with remote teams


  • Educated to at least first-degree level.


  • Good communication skills, oral and written in Greek and English.
  • Drive, initiative and resilience.
  • Able to work autonomously, with a strong sense of ethics and business responsibility; demonstrating 'substance', honesty, transparency and integrity
  • Fluency in English (to business standard - both written and oral)
