A specialist IT Services Consultancy are seeking an experienced Service Management/ Delivery professional to join the growing business, working with recognised brands across industries.

Overview

Independent specialist IT Services Consultancy, focusing on the design, delivery & embedding of IT Service Management & delivery solutions. With the aim to evolve organisations through the use of Agile, Lean & DevOps.

As an IT Consultancy this business engages at all points throughout the IT Operating Model; from strategy to operations. The Consultancy is technology & tools agnostic, utilising; platforms, legacy systems and architecture, a wide variety of Service Management tooling & cloud/virtualised environments. Helping to change & imbed improvements through a strategic, consultative & operational approach.

This role will suit an IT Service Management Consultant with experience delivering across industries and large scale clients.

Please note this role involves UK wide travel & occasional overseas visits.

Key Duties

  • Working onsite with clients throughout the solutions journey;
  • Delivery of all Customer objectives to the required deadlines and quality
  • Identifying additional value through suggesting research and/or learning opportunities
  • Identifying further opportunities to engage with potential Customers and assisting the Sales Team to define and land those opportunities
  • Attending, contributing to and/or delivering Service Management knowledge sharing meetings
  • Maintaining regular contact with the Team Lead, in order to share information and to discuss any matters arising
  • Be familiar with all guidance and knowledge articles produced to support consultants in delivery of assignments
  • Be proactive in the development of the Service Management Practice. This includes updating the Best Practice library and producing whitepapers, case studies, blogs or other items that will develop the business

Key Requirements

  • Experienced Consultant specialising in IT Service Management & Delivery
  • Well-rehearsed in Agile Project Management, Agile Development, Digital & Cloud implementations/management & DevOps ways of working
  • Experience across multiple industries including major UK/global companies
  • ITIL & Project Management certifications/relevant accreditations
  • Open to travel across UK, & parts of Europe as needed
