As our IT Support Analyst you will assist our employees with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of laptop computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines. This will include supporting remotely located employees. Our IT Support Analyst will also be able to resolve technical problems with Desktop computing equipment and software.

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting employees with their computer laptop systems
• Providing computer support services both for software and hardware
• Testing of computers and ensuring that computer systems are functioning properly
• Physical setting up of computers and software system installation for various computer applications and programs
• Identifying and solving any problems that affect computer operating systems
• Individual assessments of computer systems to identify the problem(s)
• Help in examination of network servers equipment and maintenance
• Maintenance and upgrading of computer systems or offering recommendations on upgrades needed
• Networking and connecting computers within the same organization to enhance communication
• On-going training of our employees and through our induction programme
• Maintaining other computer peripheral devices such as printers and solving printing problems if they arise
Skills required in the following areas:

• Windows 7 + 8.1 + 10
• Microsoft Office 2013 - 2016 for Windows
• Mac OSX
• Apple iOS (iPad & iPhone)

Required Competencies:
Our IT Support Analyst will have excellent inter-personal and communication skills and is experienced and enjoys dealing with clients/users at all levels.  You will be able to prioritise and multi-task. To succeed in this role you will be self-motivated with good organisational and time management skills to effectively cover all areas of responsibility.
