Infrastructure Fund Asset Manager AD (Business Modelling and Valuations profile required)

A leading global infrastructure fund is looking to hire a Associate Director who is a qualified ACA with significant experience working in the valuation and business modelling team.
This fund has in excess of £3.5bn of assets under management. The primary market focus is the UK and Europe although investments stretch from North America to Australia.
As a result of an ever growing asset portfolio they are looking to hire an experienced individual to take on the responsibility of managing the existing assets and playing a significant role extracting further value. Responsibilities of the role also include:
- The main focus of the role will be to update and oversee the financial models with the accounting and cash data provided by the finance team and ensure that all risks highlighted by the asset management are reflected in the model. These are complex project finance models and will enable the candidate to build strong financial modelling skills;
- Work on variations, refinancings and other value-add workstreams;
- Key role liaising with investors and running sensitivities to effectively predict/simulate various macroeconomic changes and how they influence the performance of the assets;
- Run the valuation process for the Fund
