An opportunity within a market leading investment management firm has arisen within the client services department. The role sits within a company which holds 220bn assets under management. The role is as a Client Services Manager which sits within the UK institutional client service team.

Main Responsibilities:

·Responsible for team management aswell as taking ownership of a select number of institutional clients.

·Working closely with the leadership team in order to design and implement projects which deliver service improvement.

·Oversight of the client services team within the institutional remit.

·Support and assist in the changes which need to be made to products. This is in regard to new funds, closures and launches.

·The candidate will be responsible for all client communication in line with the notification times referenced with policy rules.

· This individual will also complete a range of administration duties to support the client team

The ideal candidate will have key experience within Client Services and will possess a strong commercial acumen. In order to succeed within this role the individual must be pro-active and have a desire to deliver exceptional client service. This candidate should have excellent verbal, communication and planning skills along with the aptitude to continually develop processes within the team. Finally, the successful candidate will have an IMC or equivalent qualification.
