My client is a market leading data intelligence platform for shipping and commodities.

Responsibilities:

  • Originate new business and qualifying inbound enquiries from Institutional clients.
  • Generate and qualify new leads and business with investment firms, commodity traders, and broader institutional data buyers.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, be attentive to their needs.
  • Serve as an escalation point of contact for any issues that impact on customer experiences
  • Maintain strong working relationships with other internal teams.
  • Being responsible for identifying key strategies for revenue acceleration.
  • Developing and executing customer success plans, as well as tracking and reporting on key metrics to ensure adoption and success.
