- Originate new business and qualifying inbound enquiries from Institutional clients.
- Generate and qualify new leads and business with investment firms, commodity traders, and broader institutional data buyers.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, be attentive to their needs.
- Serve as an escalation point of contact for any issues that impact on customer experiences
- Maintain strong working relationships with other internal teams.
- Being responsible for identifying key strategies for revenue acceleration.
- Developing and executing customer success plans, as well as tracking and reporting on key metrics to ensure adoption and success.
