Investment Analyst - EM Local Currently Fixed Income

Key Responsibilities

• Analysing and recommending investments across Emerging Markets local currency fixed-income
• Recommending and presenting investment opportunities to portfolio managers, keeping track and monitoring investment positions
• Ensuring that all positions are checked on a daily basis and are in line with the funds policy 
• Monitoring P&L and fund positions, ensuring they are in line with companies reporting policies
• Maintaining awareness in global markets in which we operate and keeping close working relationships with outside firms
• Maintaining records to support ongoing training 
• Ensure that you are up to and aware of all regulatory issues relating to the portfolios
• Working closely with the currently team, trading teams, middle office and marketing

Key Requirements

• Experience in the financial services industry within credit and emerging markets
• Able to identify fundamental value across countries globally and their respective assets, and be able to analyse macro issues, interest rates, liquidity and geopolitical risks
• Strong on capital markets with experience in local currency debt, Foreign Exchange, Interest products and derivatives in emerging markets
• Strong regulatory knowledge of credit markets
• Good communication skills
