Our client is a global name within investment management. Due to continued company success, they are now looking for a Business Analyst to join their high performing Change Management team.
The Business Analyst will take responsibility for the following duties:
- Coordinate documentation reviews and ensure that sign off is achieved across stakeholders.
- Responsibility for UAT test co-ordination, execution and issue analysis
- Ensure detailed requirements have been fully satisfied and are compliant
- Facilitate formal workshops with various departments and key stakeholders
- Accountable for deployment of the final solutions into the production environment
- Perform the necessary business analysis and achieve objectives in a timely manner and to budget
The Business Analyst will meet the following criteria:
- Educated to degree level
- Extensive experience of having worked within large business change projects and complex business environments
- Strong analytical, business, technical and interpersonal skills
- Experience within the investment management sector
- Relevant business analysis qualifications such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
- Strong knowledge of wealth management, with strong understanding of private clients, financial advisers and charities
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of seniority
