Suitable candidates will have a first class academic background from a top tier university combined with up to eight years’ relevant work experience. We are specifically interested in candidates with an investment banking background but will also consider experience in transaction services, placement agents, private equity funds and funds of funds.
The appointee will assist with a broad range of activities which primarily involves supporting a global investor base, including all investor related matters and events. Specific responsibilities will include quarterly reporting, preparation of fund marketing materials including investor presentations, due diligence documents and case studies. You will be involved in organising the annual investor conference and advisory board meetings as well as assisting with the limited partner co-investment process.
Excellent financial and analytical ability, including a firm understanding of the fundamentals of an LBO transaction are key requirements for this role. You will be energetic, hardworking and a quick learner who enjoys being part of a small team in a demanding, non-hierarchical environment. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong project management ability and exceptional attention to detail.
