Excellent opportunity to join large GLOBAL organisation within their Investor Relations Team, London Office Requirement: Expertise in client on-boarding/client take-on within asset management

Job Content

  • Actively participant and manage the Investor take-on processes for the companies Open & Close Ended Funds domiciled in Ireland, Luxembourg, UK and US
  • Liaise internally during the Investor take-on process with various parties being the Portfolio Managers, the Sales Team, Product, Legal and Compliance
  • Liaise externally during the Investor Take on process liaise with the relevant Transfer Agencies, Investors, Distributors and Consultants
  • Process management - for the Investor take-on process provide timelines, attend meetings, take calls and provide status updates in writing and verbally to internal and external parities
  • Maintenance of Client Onboarding Documents - as required actively review and update on-boarding documents such as Account Opening Forms
  • Investor Document review - actively review and liaise with the Transfer Agencies to ensure AML CDD documents are completed accurately and timely, resolving issues as necessary
  • Process & procedure review - initialize and update processes and procedures for different process & responsibilities
  • Investor database management - ongoing maintenance of Investor static data internally and liaising with the Transfer Agencies for changes such as Legal Entity Names, Bank Details, Authorized Signatory Lists, Distribution Lists on the TA Registers.
  • Deal and Settlement queries for resolution
  • Support other Team members role and responsibilities

Experience:

Candidate is ideally required to have at least 3-5 years Investor onboarding experience form asset management side, covering Ireland, UK and Luxembourg domiciled Funds with a sound understanding of the jurisdictions and their regulations.
