Investor Relations Professional, Blue-Chip Private Equity Fund, London, UK

This is for an established professional wanting to develop their career in investor relations in a fast growing blue-chip private equity fund. You’ll be at the centre of this fund’s investor relations team and work on all aspects of IR

Our client is a private equity fund based in London that invests in buyouts and growth capital. They are an established name in the industry. The investment team has an excellent track record and their portfolio has some outstanding investments. The IR team is small and entrepreneurial. You will work across all aspects of investor relations from maintaining relationships with existing investors, to business development efforts. This is a dynamic and varied role where you will be given a lot of responsibility and autonomy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with internal teams to prepare fund raising materials: PPMs, DDs, track record material and any other necessary IR documentation
  • Liaise with placement agents and internal teams to coordinate IR processes
  • Post fundraising, you will be fully involved in managing relationships with LPs by providing update reports and managing bespoke requests
  • Work on the content for AGMs and advisory board meetings
  • Participate in business development efforts and ongoing management of potential clients


YOUR PROFILE:

  • Background in IR within private markets, primary investment, investment banking or corporate finance
  • Demonstrable project management and senior stakeholder management experience
  • Flawless written and verbal English – able to converse confidently with senior level professionals both internally and externally
  • Faultless accuracy and attention to detail
  • A first class grade or 2.1 from a top university required
