Java Tech Lead - Digital Transformation & API team

We are currently recruiting for a Java tech lead to join the digital transformation and API group at a leading bank in London.

The bank is currently undergoing a large programme of work around digital transformation and modernisation of their applications estate across different areas of the organisation. The successful candidate will join the API Group to lead a Java team spread across London, Edinburgh with a small offshore team in India.

This will be a business facing role for the tech lead and will consist of dealing with different stakeholders across the bank and servicing their requests and technical requirements.

Skills:

Strong experience as a tech lead currently or in a previous role
Core Java, Microservices (At least 3 years experience), Spring Boot, Agile, Unit Testing, DevOps, Cloud
Must have worked in a regulated industry such as finance, insurance, fitech or similar.
