Our client is a leading global consumer financial services company firm. They are seeking a Junior Business Manager for their central business management team. The role will be based in their Surrey office. Key responsibilities are broad and include: support senior colleagues and help coordinate day to day business management activities, manage costs against budget for specified initiatives, organise and document meetings, production of data and MI, support leadership communication across the UK business, provide regular updates on UK business activities and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
The successful candidate profile: self-starter, possess proven experience gained in a business operations environment within financial services, an understanding of business management, the ability to manage priorities, deliver to tight deadlines in a pressurised environment, strong communication and problem solving skills, technical proficiency in MS Office and data analysis applications and good numerical and analytical skills.
