Leverage Finance VP

It is essential that you have extensive knowledge the European Leverage Finance market. Within this role you will support the deal team and be responsible for new deals and portfolio management.

Day to day duties will consist of ongoing analysis of borrower’s financials, developing and maintaining relationships with arranging banks, attendance of client meetings and ongoing liaison with origination, sponsors and portfolio teams. Attending management presentations and mitigating risk on potential transactions using the organisations LBO model is paramount in this position. Other duties include managing a portfolio of leverage loans including the preparation and presentation of the annual and other periodic reviews.  The successful applicant will be able to identify potential portfolio issues and deal with them quickly and efficiently.

To be considered for this position you need to be an expert in Leverage Finance Credit Risk analysis and Financial Modelling. Reviewing Financial legal documentation, assisting with business development teams is important for this position.
