The project manager will ensure that Lending related change management and transition rollout across the network are effectively delivered, support & facilitate in partnership with the Project Team and other stakeholders.
You will lead key change activities support, including but not limited to change process discussion and procedure documentation, training material preparation and training delivery, as well as stakeholders management as per the project plan from Operations perspective. You will also align with Program and Project offices responsible for timely deliverance of change, testing projects and maintain a very high level of accountability and transparency in overseeing of the test assignments and be conscious of risks and means to mitigate the same.
Your role is to engage with Senior and Business Stakeholders and participate, contribute, engage in ops improvement and training and to manage a matrix stakeholder scenario where the delivery responsibilities could be aligned to overseas teams and operational responsibilities would reside domestically. You will also quantify planning and deliverables, analyse the metrics, derive patterns, strategize based on these metrics and set Objectives, Train, Mentor, Motivate related teams and accountability for overall delivery. This also requires a leader capable of juggling multiple projects and activities concurrently with a 'can do' attitude to benefit the customer and the organisation.
You will be change agent for implementing key strategic change initiatives into the countries. You will implement continuous improvement culture and global best practices.
