Your area of responsibility:

You will be working directly with the Managing Partner in the London office, as well as with the Partners and senior professionals in the other offices, generating new business and carrying out complex corporate finance projects. Important duties include:

  • Fully responsible for complex tasks in the M & A process
  • Creation and structuring of investment memoranda
  • Building of complex financial models
  • Application of valuation techniques based on relevant sector and market research
  • Approach of and communication with potential investors
  • Coaching and mentoring of analysts and interns

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed university degree from a reputable institution
  • 3 – 5 years of relevant professional experience in the area of investment banking/ corporate finance/ M&A
  • In-depth knowledge in the areas of business evaluation, financial reporting and the M & A process
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual and communication skills as well as team spirit
  • Preference for native German, Mandarin, Polish, Nordic, French speakers (in that order)
  • Excellent spoken and written English – you will have worked in London or the US for several years
  • Professional skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • A motivated self-starter and team player, who can work independently
