One of the few growing investment banks in London is looking to make another hire - in their UK M&A team at the Associate level. The team is one of the leading revenue generators in the firm and has one of the highest profit margins.
The firm is one of the few businesses to expand in London over the last 18 months. Two of the MDs in the UK team were headhunted from competitors and the rest of the team is comprised of very high calibre individuals.
The Associate will be expected to work on all aspects of the deal, from origination and pitching to execution and modelling. They are also expected to complete the management duties of the Analysts.
