About our client
We are working with a highly entrepreneurial PE-backed business. The business has seen exponential organic growth and has recently partnered with a well recognised PE firm. They are now looking for an M&A Manager to play a key role on all acquisitions to continue to build out the business and strengthen its market position. This role will involve working with the M&A lead to source potential bolt-on acquisitions globally, meeting with management, and running the acquisition process alongside the partner fund as well as playing an active role in the integration.

What the job involves

• Sourcing and appraising potential acquisition targets through market mapping/management meetings
• Work actively on all acquisitions globally with the C-Suite, backing fund and M&A lead

Who we are looking for

• Transaction experience likely from Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, a junior investment role or an in-house M&A position
• Experience in managing projects/processes with multiple stakeholders
• Self-starter, with the ability to work independently and productively, and thrive in a loosely structured entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, and ability to build a strong rapport
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
