What to Expect

We are looking for talented candidates to join our Product Control Analyst Programme.  Product Control plays a key role in both supporting and controlling the revenue generating functions of the business.


The department’s key responsibilities include:

  • P&L reporting, attribution & commentary
  • Independent price verification
  • Reserving methodologies, including provisions, valuation adjustments and prudential capital reserves
  • Ensuring the correct controls and processes are in place to manage new and existing products


Working within Product Control will provide you with the opportunity to work with employees from across the organisation and develop in-depth product knowledge covering a wide range of products including Interest Rates, FX, Credit, Equity and Hybrids, including vanilla and exotics portfolios


Our 18 month Analyst Programme starts with a comprehensive training programme designed to develop a sound understanding of our product lines, our clients & our business strategies.  


Equipped with newfound knowledge, you’ll start with the desk where you’ll experience what it’s like work as a client relationship manager and gain hands-on work experience.  Right from day one, you’ll become an integral member of the team and will be given meaningful work to complete, allowing you to start building your experience and expertise within your chosen field.

  • have obtained a minimum 2:1 within the last 12 months, or be in line for a minimum 2:1 (or equivalent) at undergraduate level
