The FIS Managed Application Service (MAS) Group provide remote back office support for FIS' treasury & payment systems across our prestigious EMEA and US client base.

Team tasks typically include critical point in time workflow checks, interface support, general application incident investigation & resolution, user enquiries, application request fulfilment (such as static data entry), and basic configuration changes. The team work closely with other FIS product and technical support teams as well as co-ordinating with our professional services teams to deliver an end-to-end service.

MAS Consultants are dealing with our clients daily. Whether it's reaching out regarding the outcome of a scheduled check to providing the answer to an application query, you will be in the front line of providing our service. Your knowledge and experience of our products together with your commitment to providing an excellent customer experience are essential for anyone considering this role.

MAS Consultants Key Skill and requirements

•Financial related degree (or equivalent)
•Excellent written & spoken English
•Excellent Analytic & Problem solving skills
•Excellent written and presentation skills
•Experience of client facing role an advantage

Additional Skills

•Experience in AG Quantum
