A Manager/Senior Manager RGM serves a key person within the Advisory team is responsible for ensuring the project/product deliverables meet the needs of stakeholders and wider industry demands. Identify potential opportunities, as well as driving new ways of thinking as RGM evolves in the future, supporting the development of market leading RGM tools.

• Deliver projects specialising in RGM
• Provide delivery leadership to teams working across a number RGM projects.
• Provide support, expertise and guidance to our teams members, helping them to develop their careers and provide them with learning opportunities
• Network and liaise with the Product and Technical delivery teams to support the development of groundbreaking RGM propositions.
• Works with team members to provide market-leading recommendations to clients and to drive sales for area of specialism.
• Leverage position as an SME to identify opportunities for new offerings or products and take them to market.
• Identify opportunities to integrate specialist offering across relevant Deloitte offerings.
• Lead the development of client bids, presentations of proposals and eminence
• Leading workshops and trainings for client education, communication and mobilization

Whilst some clients are London based, we do spend time on site with regional and international clients. • Deep expertise and functional experience working for a CPG manufacturer or delivering consulting projects for CPG manufacturers in all or some of the following areas is essential:
o Key account management
o Trade promotion management and optimization
o Customer strategy and Customer business planning
o Customer development
o Marketing/brand management
o Campaign activation
o Consumer/shopper insight generation
o Route to market transformation
o Sales and marketing enabling technologies
• Excellent programme management discipline. This will involve working with clients to deliver the commercial and financial goals.
• Robust programme management experience, enabling you to keep fluid and highly ambiguous RGM programmes under control
• Ability to lead and direct large and cross functional teams
• Excellent people management and development skills with a strong focus on team development
• Exceptional strategic thinking & analytical skills - ability to review complex data, pulling out key insights & translating into high level executive summary storylines & concise practical execution plans
• Change Management - understand the challenges in large digital transformation through the commercial and financial practices
