As a Manager in the Corporate Finance, Restructuring service line, you will be responsible for acting as a Financial Advisor to a range of companies across different sectors and geographies. Core responsibilities will include but not be limited too; performing independent business reviews, short term cash flow modelling, pre-lending reviews, analysis & identification of key trends & performance drivers and accelerated M&A. This will of course require you to have strong stakeholder management skills.
The successful candidate will have an exceptional academic record with a minimum 2:1 degree in a numerate field. You will have an additional professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CFA with first time passes and the JIEB qualification would also be beneficial.
You will require a minimum of 6 years relevant experience including working knowledge of Administrations, Liquidation (CVL and MVL) and CVA processes. You will be an engaging individual who works well in a team, deals well with ambiguity and enjoys managing challenging situations.
