Manager, Group Reporting at is actively looking for a fully qualified Financial Controller to join our group reporting team! This role will work closely with our regional Finance leaders across the Group to assist in all areas of Financial Reporting and central processes.

The ideal candidate will be able to perform in a dynamic environment, adaptable to change and have a pragmatic approach!

What you'll be doing:
    • Managing the relationship with external accounting teams to ensure that hand-ins to the group ledger are complete
    • Assisting in the co-ordination of the consolidation process
    • Co-ordination of group-wide controls - for example equity reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations and balance sheet substantiation
    • Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, including collaborating closely with auditors
    • Assistance in the preparation of control documents
About you:
    • Fully qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with at least 5 years post qualification experience
    • Strong focus on processes and financial controls
    • High attention to detail;
    • Experience in a central or group finance role is an advantage
    • The ability to manage external and internal stakeholders relationships
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to tackle big data problems using Excel
    • Experience of using ERP systems - experience with Workday is an advantage, but not critical
    • Experience in FinTech or Financial Services would be beneficial
