› Support the delivery of a number of marketing initiatives across a multi-channel strategy that looks to deliver ‘engaged’ leads to the business in order to drive sales revenue. › Assist in the day to day operational requirements of the marketing department.

Key Objectives:

› Support the delivery of a number of marketing initiatives across a multi-channel strategy that looks to deliver ‘engaged’ leads to the business in order to drive sales revenue.
› Assist in the day to day operational requirements of the marketing department.

Responsibilities:

› Telemarketing Vendor Administration: Support the telemarketing function by cleaning data, researching new data, updating management information and liaising with an account administrator at the vendor house to ensure the smooth flow of information and system updates. 
› Events: Be the day to day contact within Institutional for the events function, working closely with the Corporate Marketing Events Team to fulfil an events calendar. This will include reviewing a calendar of yearly events to assess ‘fit’ for the business unit, analysing delegate lists and x-referencing these against our database, briefing the email invites to a programmer, and briefing the Corporate Marketing Events Team on requirements (from venue sourcing to catering to execution of the event on the day). 
› Email: Pulling lists from the database (Microsoft Dynamics), writing copy and briefing the email programmer. Upkeep of the email schedule to ensure thought leadership broadcasts are sent in a timely manner without clashing against event email campaigns and surveys.
› Site Visits: Be the institutional point of contact for the facilitation of ‘final’ sales pitches (where a prospective client will visit the business). Understand sales requirements (catering, IT needs etc), brief the corporate marketing events team to translate these, and ensure delivery on the day. 
› Web support: Upload of new papers/updates on content management system (Drupal) in line with the digital strategy set by the Head of Marketing.
› PowerPoint: Proof reading and design editing of PowerPoint presentations (from event presentations to sales pitches) as required in line with SEI brand guidelines. 
› Data: Able to interrogate a data set in order to look for opportunities to capture new information and execute these opportunities with support from part time data researcher. 
Other:
› A motivated self-starter who displays initiative, a willingness to learn and can demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.  
› Able to understand data as a cornerstone of lead generation marketing and is motivated to support this function. 

Best Practice:

› Keep current on market conditions, regulation, SEI products and services, etc;
› Adhere to all relevant FCA requirements and compliance; and
› Any other ad-hoc projects as required.
› Limited UK based travel (to events/vendors)


Technical Capabilities/Skills & Experience Required for the Role:

› Degree caliber or equivalent (graduate to early career experience)
› Microsoft Office (with particular strength in Excel and PowerPoint)
› Microsoft Dynamics or Customer Relationship Management Database management (Desirable)
› HTML (Desirable)
› Drupal or a similar content management system experience (Desirable)
› Indesign/Photoshop (Desirable)
