Our client is a successful and fast growing FinTech investment platform, with a focus on private equity funds. They have created a new role for a Marketing Automation and Email Manager. Key responsibilities include: support the channel marketing team to develop B2B email marketing campaigns and push notifications, management of the digital marketing automation and email platform, develop email communication to clearly communicate with clients and prospects, ensure digital marketing automation programmes are consistent with brand standards, create and manage distribution lists and conduct regular data quality controls, design and project manage the delivery of the email marketing and content calendar, coordinate email activities across multiple campaigns according to audience segmentation, delivery of email journey optimisation based on analysis of metrics including open rates and content click through and manage a matrix of stakeholders including marketing, sales and product managers. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, possess a proven background in email marketing and marketing automation gained in financial services, excellent proof reading and communication skills, familiarity with email marketing and database management, data protection and GDPR compliance, an understanding of CRM technologies and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment. Strong knowledge of email and marketing automation software is essential.
