Our client is a leading global asset manager with a successful DC and workplace investing business.
They are hiring a Member Engagement & Communications Manager in their DC / Workplace Investing business. Key responsibilities include: managing the engagement and communications strategy with a number of DC and workplace investing clients, developing and delivering engagement programmes for scheme members, driving innovation and digital experience, producing scheme literature, educational material and strategic communications; increasing employee engagement with their workplace investing or DC plan; managing and supporting communication campaigns; delivering presentations to employees / scheme members and developing communications strategies for new clients.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter, possess a strong understanding of the DC pensions industry, proven knowledge of delivering member engagement/communications/consulting, good project management and stakeholder management experience and the ability to deliver to tight deadlines in a pressurised environment.
Candidates with broader experience in DC pensions and retirement will also be considered, if they can evidence an interest in moving into a communications consulting role. For example, previous experience in client relationship management or client servicing will be considered.
