This is an exciting opportunity to join the eDiscovery Operations department as part of their Data Processing and Review Services Team (DPRS). You will be working in eDiscovery Operations as part of the Chief Operating Office. eDiscovery Operations acts as a first line of defense within the Bank's three lines of defense model with responsibility for the identification, preservation, collection and delivery of accurate and complete electronically sorted information and data in connection to litigations and other legal proceedings, regulatory enforcement proceedings, internal investigations, and certain compliance or Human Resource related matters.

Your key responsibilities

  • Providing end-to-end data processing and review support using the Nuix tool on all eDiscovery DPRS projects assigned
  • Effectively managing projects assigned and liaising regularly with key stakeholders and the eDiscovery Client Services Team
  • Maintaining excellent communication all stakeholders reporting on the progress of all project assignments
  • Investigating and mitigating any processing/review issues
  • Maintaining the Nuix runbook and workflows

Your skills and experience

  • Hands-on experience with eDiscovery tools, specifically Nuix eDiscovery, Nuix Web Review and Nuix Investigate
  • Relevant experience working for a large corporate, law firm or in a professional services environment (e.g. consulting)
  • Previous experience of managing projects using Legal Technology solutions such as Nuix, Endpoint Detection and Response, Relativity or Ringtail
  • Ability to maintain a professional, discreet and confidential manner when working with clients
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to work with fellow colleagues and clients at all levels
