We are currently working with a leading private debt fund, based in London who are looking for an Operations Manager to work directly alongside their CFO and Investments team in a highly regarded role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior experience in loan servicing and fund operations to take the next step of their career with a growing fund.
RESPONSIBILITIES:??????
- Maintain fund profile / registrations worksheets
- Loan administration and servicing
- The reconciliation of loan positions with the administrator using Allvue (Black Mountain)
- Coordination with agents regarding interest resets and repayments;
- Managing the operational process of closing, funding and booking of new investments
- The preparation of monthly portfolio and quarterly investor report
- Cash flow management
YOUR PROFILE: - Proficiency with Excel, Word & PowerPoint is essential
- Knowledge of private debt including familiarity with loan documentation and transfer provisions
- Understanding of payment processes and experience of working with Fund Administrators
- Experience with Allvue (Black Mountain) desirable
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Undergraduate degree from a Top Tier university
- Outgoing personality, able to interact well with a broad range of service providers, and advisors
