Overall purpose of the role: Participate in the EMEA SET origination and marketing of business opportunities to develop Natixis's commercial activity in the UK and Middle East by providing tailor-made solutions for Natixis's clients.

Main responsibilties of the role:

  • Work closely and collaboratively with Coverage and other teams to actively prospect potential client base to establish and improve relationships with clients (Corporates, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Private Equity houses)
  • Actively educate internally on the solutions offered by SET and their potential value-add for clients
  • Pitching of SET solutions to clients in coordination with Relationship Managers
  • Active involvement in the origination of deals: analyse and synthetise sectorial, financial, market information on clients and prospects in order to identify and understand needs and constraints
  • Analyse underlying and counterparties and/or borrowers (financial analysis and modelling, valuation, market analysis, etc…)
  • Contribute to the preparation of client pitches: description of operations, financial projections and payoff simulations, pricings, accounting, tax and regulatory matters
  • Participate in credit committees
  • Participate in the all types of SET deals execution (Equity Derivatives and Financing transactions)

- Proven track record of direct access to CFO's of Sovereign Wealth Funds, Private Equity houses and Family Offices and Corporates in the UK and/or Middle East.
- Experience with equity financing / equity derivatives products and strategic equity transactions
- A good understanding of Equity Capital Markets as well as Financing, Credit and Corporate Finance
- Strong quantitative skills and a good understanding of market products (options, swap, etc…)
- Strong analytical mindset
- Excellent written and strong communications skills
- Fosters positive team spirit and strong commercial acumen
- Autonomy and innovative mindset
