The PMO Lead is working with an established team for an Investment Bank leading the PMO Function. This Programme and Change team oversee the book of work for technology change across the business, with the longer-term goal of establishing strong cross-product solutions across key functional areas.

The PMO Lead's objectives will include provide support on key PMO activities such as reporting, programme plan and resource management, risk/ issue/ assumptions/ dependency management/ strong governance. Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure the PMO function delivers an effective service. Monitoring of financial forecasts and assure the programmes and projects have appropriate reporting and controls in place, in line with agreed standards.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication
  • Stakeholder management
  • Previous experience in a Senior PMO role
  • Previous experience working in an Investment Banking Environment
  • Covering business facing projects
  • Regulatory change
  • Experience scaling Agile delivery would be beneficial

Location: London

Salary: £500pd

Contract Length: 6 months
